The Position:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Masters Lodge Aged Care Facility in Queensland.

In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility. This includes managing preventative and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, and grounds, ensuring safety and compliance across all operations. You will also liaise with contractors, monitor maintenance budgets, and contribute to a positive environment for residents and staff alike.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance coordination, facility management, or a similar trade-related role

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • A hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A relevant trade qualification or background (highly regarded but not essential)

A current National Police Certificate (without disqualifying convictions) is required prior to employment.
