Do you have a big heart and a passion for helping others? Hudson House (part of Respect Aged Care) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team permanently in night shift positions.

What You’ll Be Doing on Night Shift:

• Supporting residents with care needs overnight, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity

• Monitoring wellbeing, responding to needs promptly, and assisting with evening and early morning routines

• Collaborating with our nursing team to provide high-quality care and peace of mind for residents and families

• Helping maintain a calm, clean, and positive environment throughout the night

 What We’re Looking For:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or equivalent)

• A current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain them)

• Excellent communication skills and a caring, reliable nature

• Most importantly… a genuine love for making a difference in the lives of older Australians
