About the Role
No two days are the same! As a Personal Care Assistant with Respect, you will:
· Support residents with daily living tasks
· Build genuine relationships that brighten someone’s day (and yours!)
· Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow Carer’s
· Contribute to a safe, positive and respectful environment
· Bring compassion, energy and teamwork to every shift
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
· A recognised qualification in aged care, individual support, community services or a related field
· National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
· Availability to work full time – 38 hours per week
· Willingness and ability to work in regional areas across the country
· Great communication and teamwork skills
· A calm, steady approach. Even on the busy days!
