What you will be doing:

· Recruiting for a wide range of aged care roles across our regional homes (think nurses, carers, lifestyle staff and more)

· Building relationships with local communities, job seekers, and hiring managers

· Thinking outside the box to find top talent - because regional recruitment takes creativity!

· Working closely with a supportive People & Culture team who love a good laugh and a great result

To shine in this role, you will need:

· Recruitment experience and a knack for finding the perfect fit

· A problem-solving mindset and the ability to juggle multiple roles without breaking a sweat

· Excellent communication skills – you will be chatting with everyone from local radio stations to industry networks
