The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse at Ingham Lodge, you will play a vital clinical role in supporting our residents’ health and wellbeing.
You will work as part of a dedicated care team to:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care

  • Provide leadership and guidance to care staff

  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and aged care requirements

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

  • Contribute to a supportive, safe, and compassionate home environment

What you will bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Experience in aged care (highly desirable)

  • Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities

  • A supportive, resident-first approach to care

  • The ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
