We see our residents as individuals, not patients. Here, staff and residents often become like extended family, creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels a strong sense of belonging. It's a place where meaningful friendships flourish and residents are supported to stay active and connected -both within our home and in the wider community.

What You'll Find at Respect Maleny Erowal
There’s never a dull moment at Maleny Erowal. The Men’s Shed is a favourite hangout for a bit of tinkering and a good chat over sausage rolls. Every second Friday, happy hour brings residents together to share a drink and a laugh, while our volunteer-run 'coffee club' on Tuesdays offers a warm brew and good company. Music fills the air thanks to our talented flute and organ duo — and you can even enjoy their tunes from your room. For quieter moments, you’ll find board games, books, and plenty of cosy corners to unwind.
