About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Masters Lodge, you will provide safe, professional, and person-centred care to our residents, supported by a caring team and a hands-on leadership group. Reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring each resident receives the highest standard of clinical and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and oversee high-quality clinical care within your scope of practice

• Support residents’ wellbeing through thorough assessments and care planning

• Administer and manage medications safely and efficiently

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation

• Collaborate with families, GPs, and allied health professionals

• Contribute to ACFI/AN-ACC documentation and accreditation standards

What You Will Need

• Current registration with AHPRA

• Demonstrated clinical and documentation skills

• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding

• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
