As a Registered Nurse at Masters Lodge, you will provide safe, professional, and person-centred care to our residents, supported by a caring team and a hands-on leadership group. Reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring each resident receives the highest standard of clinical and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and oversee high-quality clinical care within your scope of practice
Support residents’ wellbeing through thorough assessments and care planning
Administer and manage medications safely and efficiently
Maintain clear and accurate documentation
Collaborate with families, GPs, and allied health professionals
Contribute to ACFI/AN-ACC documentation and accreditation standards
Current registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated clinical and documentation skills
Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
