About the Role
No two days are the same! As a Registered Nurse with Respect, you will:
· Deliver high-quality clinical care that promotes dignity, safety and wellbeing
· Lead and support care staff to ensure residents receive person-centred care
· Complete clinical assessments, care plans and documentation accurately and on time
· Administer medications and treatments in line with regulatory and organisational standards
· Monitor resident health, respond to changes and escalate concerns appropriately
· Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, residents and families
· Promote a positive, respectful and inclusive environment within the home
· Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold best-practice standards
· Support accreditation, compliance and safe clinical governance
· Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to Personal Care Assistants
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
· APHRA Registration – Minimum Division 1 RN
· National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
· Availability to work full time – 38 hours per week
· Willingness and ability to work in regional areas across the country
· Great communication and teamwork skills
· A calm, steady approach. Even on the busy days!
