The Role
As a Social Care Assistant, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging lifestyle and recreational activities
• Support residents to participate in social programs and events
• Encourage independence, wellbeing, and community connection
• Work collaboratively with the care and clinical teams
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What You Bring
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Leisure and Lifestyle, or equivalent
• A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity, initiative, and a positive attitude
• Current National Police Certificate suitable for aged care employment
