This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to join a supportive and dynamic team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility.

This part-time contract position offers 32 hours per week, worked across four set days each week successful candidate must be available to work Monday and Friday.

Rostering is a core responsibility of this position, and demonstrated rostering experience is essential. Experience using HumanForce is highly desirable.  Alongside your rostering expertise, you will bring strong computer skills and previous experience in a reception, administration or front-of-house position.

You will also need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, a warm and professional telephone manner, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service to staff, residents, families, and visitors.

No two days are the same! As Administration Assistant you will:

  • Maintain and coordinate employee rosters to support safe staffing levels and operational requirements.
  • Manage rostering functions within HumanForce, including roster templates, shift bidding, roster changes, leave approvals and the timely filling of roster vacancies.
  • Process and manage employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll submission.
  • Maintain staff records with leave submissions and employment documentation in line with organisational requirements.
  • Provide professional reception and administrative support, including responding to enquiries from staff, residents, families, and visitors.

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

  • Experience in rostering, ideally in aged care, health, or a service-based role.
  • Proven experience in rostering, timesheets, training records and staff documentation using HumanForce.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Competence with computers and word processing.
  • An excellent ability to demonstrate confidentiality and compliance requirements.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening or National Police Check, or able to obtain one.
