As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll join a dynamic and supportive care team where compassion meets purpose. • Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
• Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
• Record observations on relevant assessment charts and documents any observed exceptions to the care plan in the progress notes; and reports such to the EN/RN.
• Check resident's daily menu requirements.
• Attend to duties as allocated and or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties.
• Any other task not defined but within the employees' skills, as directed by the organisation.

• Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
• NDIS check (or ability to acquire).
• Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in residential aged care.
• To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
