This is a rewarding Full-Time opportunity for an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our supportive team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
We are seeking someone with strong administration experience, including demonstrated payroll experience, confident computer skills and a background in reception or front-of-house roles.
Rostering is a key responsibility, so experience in this area will be highly regarded, although not essential. You will also bring excellent communication skills, a warm and professional telephone manner, strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service.
No two days are the same! As Administration Officer, you will:
Coordinate employee rostering, timesheets, training records and staff documentation
Provide professional, customer-focused reception services and general administrative support
Assist with payroll-related administration and ensure timesheets and employee records are maintained accurately
Manage office administration, including correspondence, records, reports and meeting minutes
Undertake general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the home
Assist with resident administration, including admissions support and liaising with residents and families
Act as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff
Maintain confidentiality and ensure administrative processes are completed in line with organisational requirements
