About the Role

Respect Riverside Gardens is a welcoming aged care community where exceptional care and genuine connection come together. Our dedicated team works collaboratively to provide high-quality, person-centred care while creating a warm and supportive environment for our residents, their families and our staff.

  • Manage office administration, including correspondence, records, reports and meeting minutes

  • Undertake general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the home

  • Assist with resident administration, including admissions support and liaising with residents and families

  • Act as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure administrative processes are completed in line with organisational requirements

    About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

    • Experience in administration, ideally in aged care, health or a service-based role
    • Demonstrated payroll and timesheet experience
    • Experience with rostering, training records and staff documentation
    • Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
    • Confident computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
    • A professional and welcoming approach to reception and front-of-house duties
    • An understanding of confidentiality and compliance requirements
    • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Certificate, or the ability to obtain one

    Perks & Benefits

    • As a not-for-profit, reduce your tax by salary packaging up to $15,900 per year for living expenses, bills, rent, mortgage and groceries
    • A further $2,650 salary packaging benefit for meals out and holiday accommodation
    • Training and development pathways
    • Supportive leaders who are onsite
    • A friendly, down-to-earth workplace
    • Opportunity to build a long-term career with Respect
