About the role

Reporting to the Head of Home Care, the Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sustainable organic growth across our Home Care division through identification of business opportunities, development of strategic referral networks, increased client acquisition, and support of market expansion initiatives. The role plays a critical part in achieving growth targets by promoting Respect's Home Care and Support at Home services across regional, rural, and remote communities while ensuring prospective clients can confidently access and navigate aged care funding pathways.

The role focuses on both immediate conversion opportunities and the development of a future pipeline of prospective clients and referral partnerships. Working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Intake and Operational teams, the Business Development Manager ensures a seamless end-to-end customer journey from enquiry through to contract signing. The role contributes to strategic growth planning, identifies emerging market opportunities, maintains a strong understanding of industry reforms, funding models, and strengthens Respect's presence and reputation within the communities it serves.

We are looking for 2 Business Developers - 1 covering Victoria and New South Wales and 1 covering Tasmania and Western Australia. Travel will be required within this role.
