The Position

We are seeking a Full Time Chef Supervisor on a 6 month fixed term contract to lead the catering team at Ingham Lodge Aged Care Home in Queensland. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, ensures high quality meal service, maintains food safety compliance, and supports resident wellbeing through nutritious and enjoyable dining experiences.

Applicant Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or Chef Supervisor in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality

• Relevant qualification such as Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills

• Sound knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and dietary requirements

• Ability to manage kitchen operations, rosters, and stock control

• Genuine interest in supporting older Australians

• Current National Police Check with no disqualifying conviction
