Mareeba Gardens is seeking a motivated and hands on Full Time Chef Supervisor to lead our food services team and ensure high quality, nutritious meals are delivered safely and consistently.

The Role
As Chef Supervisor, you will:
• Lead and coordinate kitchen staff
• Plan and oversee meal preparation and service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control
• Maintain high standards of nutrition, presentation, and resident satisfaction

About You
• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and dietary needs
• Ability to manage a team and workload effectively
• Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance suitable for aged care and a current National Police Certificate
