About the role:
As the Chef Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the daily management of the Catering Department, overseeing food service staff, and ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals that meet both nutritional and compliance standards.
You will lead the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the Food Safety Program, while ensuring all operations meet formal accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Experience in Residential Aged Care
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proficient computer literacy
Trade Cook Certificate or equivalent qualification
Completion of a Food Handling Course
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Background in the hospitality industry
Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Must meet Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements
To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
