About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Clinical Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Wellington Views in Old Beach, Tasmania, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care through clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance activities. This is a senior Registered Nurse role, working with the General Manager and Care Manager to support clinical outcomes, audit readiness and continuous improvement across the home.

What You’ll Do
Support clinical governance, compliance and quality improvement activities.
Conduct audits and monitor clinical documentation, care systems and resident outcomes.
Support accreditation readiness and Aged Care Quality Standards compliance.
Identify care gaps and assist with improvement strategies.
Support incident reviews, risk management and corrective actions.
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing and care staff.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor of Nursing.
Current AHPRA registration.
Demonstrated experience in residential aged care.
Advanced clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Experience in clinical governance, audits and quality improvement.
High-level documentation and clinical review skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft and clinical software systems.
