The Opportunity
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial performance of our diverse business streams, from aged care and home care to retirement living and beyond.
This is a rare opportunity to blend analytical insight with real-world impact. You will have the autonomy to explore data, challenge assumptions, and lead meaningful change. All while working alongside a supportive executive team with a shared sense of purpose.
What You Will Do
Dive deep into business intelligence, benchmarking, and expense analysis across multiple service lines.
Identify and deliver cost efficiencies and revenue optimisation that make a tangible difference to our financial performance.
Partner with site managers and operational teams to uncover savings and optimise resources.
Build business cases and present insights to the CFO and senior leadership team.
Stay ahead of sector trends, pricing pressures, and regulatory changes.
What You Will Bring
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior commercial or finance role within a distributed or health-related organisation.
Strong accounting or financial analysis background with exceptional business acumen.
Proven success in supplier negotiations, contracting, and cost management.
Strategic mindset - able to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
A proactive, self-starting attitude with the confidence to influence without direct authority.
Experience in the aged care or broader healthcare sector, particularly within a large or complex organisation. (desirable)
