The Opportunity

The Customer Relationship Consultant (CRC) is responsible for managing prospective residents and their families from initial enquiry through to admission, supporting occupancy growth across a portfolio of Respect residential aged care homes.

About the Role

This is primarily a work-from-home role supporting multiple homes. The CRC acts as a key point of contact for prospective residents and families, providing clear, compassionate and timely support while actively managing and converting permanent and respite enquiries.

The CRC works closely with home teams to coordinate on-site activities such as tours and clinical assessments, while retaining ownership of the prospective resident relationship and admission process. The role is also responsible for explaining and pre-selling Respect's Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) offering and converting eligible prospective residents to HELF as part of the admission process.

Success in the role will be measured through occupancy, lead and HELF conversion, responsiveness, effective CRM management, referral development and the experience provided to prospective residents and their families.

About You

You’re a customer focused individual who has experience in sales, customer service, business development or similar.

You have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate sensitively with older people and their families.

To succeed in this role you will need to be organised and have strong ability to manage time and conflicting priorities.

You’ll ideally bring experience in residential aged care, health, retirement living, community services or a related sector.
