Entry Level Administration Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Entry Level Administration Assistant to join the team at Eliza Purton Home in Ulverstone. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in administration or develop their existing skills in a supportive aged care environment.

You will assist with the day-to-day running of the front desk and general administration duties, including answering phones, welcoming visitors, assisting residents and staff, data entry, maintaining records and providing general office support. Training and guidance will be provided to help you develop confidence in the role.

• No previous administration experience required.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, professional and welcoming approach.

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage basic administrative tasks and prioritise work.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

• Genuine interest in working in an aged care environment.

• Current National Police Certificate.
