The Opportunity:

We're on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic Finance Integrations & Projects Officer to join our team.

This role provides administrative and operational support across the finance function, with a focus on finance integrations, acquisitions, system implementations and finance related projects.

The role supports the onboarding and transition of newly acquired entities, finance process improvements, and operational transition activities across the organisation.

At times the role will also provide broad finance operations support with billing, accounts payable and leave coverage within the team.

Requirements

Essential:

• Previous experience in a finance, senior administration, project support or operational support role.
• Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).

Desirable:

• Certificate 4 or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Project Administration, or related discipline.
• Exposure to finance systems, ERP Systems, procurement systems or billing platforms.
• Experience in Aged Care, healthcare, Retirement Living or multi-site organisations.

To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
