Step into a leadership role where your influence truly matters. We’re seeking a strong and capable Nurse Unit Manager to lead our high care memory support unit, providing confident clinical leadership, clear direction, and a calm, compassionate presence in a complex care environment.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, offering consistency and the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. You’ll lead by example, inspire and support a dedicated team, shape a positive and accountable care culture, and make a meaningful difference to the lives of residents who rely on consistency, dignity, and expert care.
