We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to cover upcoming maternity leave as of the 11th of August 2025 till the 8th of February 2026 at our Yallambee Lodge aged care home in Cooma, NSW.

About the role:
The successful candidate will become part of our dynamic and supportive clinical team, contributing to our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and contemporary care to our residents. This role involves providing confident leadership and guidance to care staff, delivering skilled clinical care, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.
What we're looking for:
A tertiary qualification in nursing
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
A genuine interest in working within the aged care sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
The capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload
Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Please note: To be considered for employment with Respect, all candidates must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability for working in the aged care industry.
