Respect Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Care Coordinator to join our team in our Alcheringa facility in Swan Hill, VIC. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the lives of our residents by coordinating and delivering social, emotional, and recreational support. The ideal candidate will have a person-centred approach, be a strong communicator, and have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for older people.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and implement lifestyle and social care programs tailored to individual resident needs
Foster a supportive and engaging environment through meaningful activities and therapeutic services
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning
Work collaboratively with the broader care team to promote holistic wellbeing
Essential Requirements:
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in the provision of complementary therapies and recreational services
Demonstrated experience in dementia care
Experience in residential aged care settings
Knowledge of and connections with local community groups and support agencies
