Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and payroll accuracy? We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team at our Lyndoch Living facility in Warrnambool, Victoria. This is a full-time, permanent role.

We are growing rapidly, with 35 aged care homes and thousands of staff and residents across Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland, and Western Australia. We also provide home care services and operate over 700 units across our retirement villages and independent living communities.
The Role:
The Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for staff in line with company policies, awards, and agreements. You will support the administration of employee details, entitlements, and payroll documentation.
This role is based onsite at our Lyndoch Living facility in Warrnambool, VIC, and sits within a supportive and experienced team - ideal for someone looking to build or develop their career in payroll and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of company payroll
Maintenance of payroll systems and employee records
Responding to payroll queries from staff and managers
Managing leave, sick, and overtime records
Applying relevant awards and agreements
Processing terminations and payroll adjustments
Producing reports for internal and external stakeholders
General payroll administration tasks
What You Will Need:
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of minimum Year 11 Certificate of Education
Some experience in office administration
Strong computer skills
To work with us, you must also meet the Aged Care Worker Screening requirements in line with aged care legislation.
