We are seeking a People and Culture Business Analyst to join our mission-led organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional care to older Australians. This is a permanent part-time position (3 days per week) that provides flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to the future of our growing aged care network.
As our People and Culture Business Analyst, you will create, maintain, and enhance HR reporting and insights that guide strategic workforce decisions across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll work closely with teams across People & Culture (WHS, OD, Recruitment), Finance, Operations, and Quality.
Your work will ensure we have accurate, timely and actionable data to support growth, compliance, and a strong organisational culture.
You will also drive continuous improvement, support business planning, and lead data integration linked to new systems and acquisitions-all helping us fulfil our vision of ensuring older Australians feel respected, valued and enjoy a high quality of life.
Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
Develop and report on key People & Culture KPIs across multiple platforms (HRIS, payroll, recruitment).
automate reporting processes to deliver clear, reliable insights.
Ensure HR and workforce data remains accurate, up to date, and aligned to business priorities.
Partner with P&C, Finance, Operations, Quality and other stakeholders to support decision-making.
Translate complex people data into meaningful insights for workforce planning, L&D, and compliance.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide data-led recommendations.
Continually improve reporting frameworks, processes, and data governance.
Support implementation and roll-out of new HR and safety systems.
Contribute to integration projects during business acquisitions.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support strategic organisational initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, HR, Data Science or a related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement or analytics, including 3+ years in healthcare or aged care.
Demonstrated experience with medical/allied health vendor management, procurement systems, and contract administration.
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Modern Slavery compliance.
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
