This is a permanent part-time position (3 days per week) that provides flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to the future of our growing aged care network.

About the Role

Your work will ensure we have accurate, timely and actionable data to support growth, compliance, and a strong organisational culture.

  • automate reporting processes to deliver clear, reliable insights.

  • Ensure HR and workforce data remains accurate, up to date, and aligned to business priorities.

  • Partner with P&C, Finance, Operations, Quality and other stakeholders to support decision-making.

  • Translate complex people data into meaningful insights for workforce planning, L&D, and compliance.

  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide data-led recommendations.

  • Continually improve reporting frameworks, processes, and data governance.

  • Support implementation and roll-out of new HR and safety systems.

  • Contribute to integration projects during business acquisitions.

  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support strategic organisational initiatives.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, HR, Data Science or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement or analytics, including 3+ years in healthcare or aged care.

  • Demonstrated experience with medical/allied health vendor management, procurement systems, and contract administration.

  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Modern Slavery compliance.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time work arrangements.

  • Remote working options.

  • A values-led culture that genuinely puts people first.

  • Opportunities to contribute to meaningful aged care reform.

  • Scope to shape reporting frameworks and lead data innovation.
