You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, meals, mobility, and social connection—while building genuine relationships that brighten their day. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work AM, PM, Nights and weekend shifts.

No two days are the same! As Personal Care Assistant you will:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care, supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
  • Assist with meals, feeding, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide companionship and encourage social and emotional engagement.
  • Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly, and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, communicating effectively and maintaining accurate, confidential care records.

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
  • Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable and committed, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Experience in residential aged care is highly desirable.
  • Meet the legislative requirements for Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
