The Position

We are currently seeking Casual Personal Care Assistants to join our care team at Emerald Avalon. In this role, you will provide quality personal care and support to residents, working under the guidance of the senior clinical team to ensure safe, person centred care.

About You

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• A genuine interest in working in aged care
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Capacity to manage a varied workload
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening clearance suitable for aged care
