The Position
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide personal care, daily living support, and companionship to residents under the guidance of the senior clinical team. You will work collaboratively to deliver safe, high quality and resident centred care.

About You
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Genuine interest in aged care and resident wellbeing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage a varied workload
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• Current NDIS Worker Screening
