About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant at Masters Lodge, you will play a vital role in delivering day-to-day care that helps residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will be part of a dedicated care team that values compassion, respect, and genuine connection.

What You Will Do

• Provide personal care and daily living support

• Assist with meals, hydration, and care routines

• Accurately record observations and report to the nursing team

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Build warm and meaningful connections with residents and families

What You Will Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

• Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster

• Strong communication skills and a caring nature

• Previous aged care experience highly regarded
