We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Learning and Development Officer to join our team and lead the creation of innovative, effective learning programs that support compliance, continuous improvement and best practice across our organisation.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Quality and Risk Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging education resources and programs tailored to our workforce. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of learning and development, while ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and our organisational values. This is a remote role, with the ability and flexibility to travel interstate required.
