About the Role

If you're the kind of recruiter who gets excited about finding hidden talent, crafting compelling ads, building strong relationships and celebrating a successful placements, this role is for you!

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support our Queensland Care Communities. This is a fast paced role responsible for recruiting the people who care for and support older Australians, including clinical care, hospitality and lifestyle team members. You'll manage multiple vacancies while delivering a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers. 

Working remotely, you will build strong relationships with leaders across your portfolio and take the time to understand the unique needs of each Care Community. As part of our national Recruitment Team, you will use creative sourcing strategies, provide recruitment advice and partner with managers to attract and hire great people who share our values.  

 

As a Recruitment Specialist you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles and locations
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and deliver great recruitment outcomes 
  • Create engaging job advertisements that stand out from the crowd and attract quality candidates
  • Source talent through SEEK, LinkedIn, referrals, talent pools and other creative channgels
  • Deliver the exceptional candidate experience from application through to onboarding
  • Contribute ideas, innovation and fresh thinking to strengthen Respect's recruitment function

 

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Have proven recruitment experience and enjoy managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Love building relationships and can confidently partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Are naturally curious and enjoy finding new ways to attract talent in a competitive market 
  • Write job ads that people actually want to read
  • Enjoy balancing strategy, problem0solving and hands-on recruitment delivery
  • Are highly organised and can juggle multiple proiroties without dropping the ball
  • Bring positive energy, resilience and a genuine passion for helping people find meaningful work
