Respect Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Autumn Lodge, located in the beautiful Mid North Coast town of Macksville, NSW. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centred care in a supportive and values-driven environment.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Autumn Lodge, you will play a key clinical leadership role, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care in line with best practice and Aged Care Quality Standards. You will work collaboratively with care staff, residents, families and visiting health professionals to support positive health outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical care and leadership across the facility

• Conducting assessments, care planning and evaluations

• Administering medications and overseeing clinical documentation

• Supporting and mentoring care staff

• Communicating effectively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams

• Contributing to continuous improvement and accreditation outcomes

About You

You are a caring and capable Registered Nurse who thrives in a team-focused environment and takes pride in delivering person-centred care.

You will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged care (highly regarded, but not essential)

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• A genuine passion for supporting older people

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work a rotating roster as required
