At Lyndoch Living, we’re proud to provide compassionate, high-quality residential aged care for older Australians in the Warrnambool community. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our caring team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily living needs while promoting dignity, independence and choice.

Working alongside nurses and care staff, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming and respectful home for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming and toileting)

• Supporting mobility, transfers and daily activities

• Assisting with meals and hydration

• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ wellbeing

• Supporting residents’ emotional and social needs

• Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

About You

You’re kind, reliable and genuinely passionate about aged care. You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team that looks out for one another.

You’ll bring:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent (essential)

• Experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)

• A compassionate, respectful and patient approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to work across a rotating roster (AM, PM & night duty as required)

• A commitment to delivering person-centred care

*The successful applicant will receive a salary between the range of $64,000-$74,000*
