The Role
As Full Time Care Manager, you will lead and mentor clinical and care teams, oversee care planning and governance, ensure compliant and person centred care delivery, and contribute to the operational effectiveness of the home. You will work closely with site leadership and play a key role in maintaining strong clinical standards.

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical leadership experience
Sound knowledge of aged care standards and compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional attitude and presentation
Current National Police Certificate suitable for aged care
