The Administration & Scheduling Support Assistant is a full-time position based in Launceston, Tasmania, responsible for providing administrative and basic scheduling support across a range of day-to-day activities for participants, associated providers, staff, and leaders. The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Support at Home services.
As a valued member of the Home Care team, your role will be to support the coordination of services that enable participants to continue living safely and independently in their homes. By assisting with service scheduling, maintaining organised systems and records, and supporting clear communication across the team, the role contributes to continuity of care and positive outcomes for participants.
The position provides essential clerical and administrative support, including maintaining accurate documentation, managing information within organisational systems, and assisting with reporting requirements in line with organisational policies and procedures. Through strong organisation, attention to detail, and collaboration with staff, leaders, and external providers, this role helps ensure services are well-coordinated and delivered efficiently while contributing to high-quality care and positive experiences for participants in the community.
