The Position
We are seeking a full time Chef Supervisor to lead the catering team at Gracemere Gardens Aged Care Home in Queensland. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, ensuring high quality meal service, strong food safety compliance, effective team coordination, and a positive dining experience that supports the wellbeing of our residents.

Applicant Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef or Chef Supervisor in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Solid understanding of food safety, nutrition, and dietary requirements
• Ability to manage kitchen operations, rosters, and stock control
• Commitment to supporting older Australians
• Current National Police Check with no disqualifying convictions

*The successful candidate will receive a salary between the range of $75,000-$80,000*
