About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play an important role in providing safe, high-quality clinical care to our residents while working closely with our care team, residents, families and healthcare professionals.

You’ll have the opportunity to use your nursing expertise, build meaningful connections and support residents to live with dignity, choice and respect.

No two days are the same. You’ll:

• Complete comprehensive resident assessments and contribute to individualised care planning.

• Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing and respond appropriately to changes in condition.

• Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff and Enrolled Nurses.

• Administer medications safely and oversee medication management in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Participate in GP rounds, clinical reviews, handovers and care planning.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare professionals and the wider care team.

• Support a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for residents.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and the delivery of high-quality clinical care.

About You

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who is:

• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

• Confident in your clinical skills and ability to make sound nursing decisions.

• Passionate about providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

• Strong in clinical assessment, documentation and care planning.

• A confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with residents, families and the wider care team.

• Reliable, adaptable and committed to creating a positive experience for residents.

• Experienced in aged care, or interested in bringing your nursing experience into the aged care environment.

You’ll also need a current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or the ability to obtain these.
