Key Duties:
Take the lead in providing clinical oversight, ensuring safe, high-quality care for every resident.
Use your skills to manage complex wounds and support residents living with complex health conditions.
Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team, bringing a collaborative approach to care.
Advocate for residents and play an active role in driving positive change and continuous improvement.
Develop, implement, and guide staff in delivering individualised care plans.
Ensure the safe and effective administration of medications, including the management of scheduled medicines.
Mentor and support junior staff, fostering professional growth and confidence in clinical practice.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in aged care as a Registered Nurse.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check ( or ability to acquire)
Strong clinical and documentation skills.
