About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, supporting their health, wellbeing and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality clinical care in accordance with individual care plans.

• Monitoring residents’ health and responding to changes in clinical condition.

• Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

• Supporting and guiding care staff to maintain high standards of care.

• Communicating effectively with residents, families and the wider healthcare team.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Experience in aged care is highly regarded.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

• A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

• A commitment to Respect’s values and quality care standards.
