We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Ingham Lodge team in Ingham, Queensland. This is a permanent part-time role where you will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents, supported by a strong and collaborative workplace culture.

As a Registered Nurse at Ingham Lodge, you will deliver safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care within your scope of practice as defined by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct resident admissions and assessments, compiling comprehensive histories with residents and families.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care delivery.
Complete clinical documentation, including ACFI assessments, to support resident care and funding requirements.
Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
Provide direct clinical care as required, including support with personal care, pain management, and GP rounds.
Administer medications safely and maintain compliance with ordering, storage, and documentation procedures.
Current registration with AHPRA.
Strong clinical knowledge and documentation skills.
Understanding of aged care standards, accreditation processes, and the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
