Respect Aged Care is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting older Australians to live with dignity, purpose and respect. We are currently seeking a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse to join our team at Riverside Gardens, our welcoming aged care home located in the beautiful Mid North Coast town of Nambucca Heads.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN who is passionate about resident-centred care and wants to be part of a supportive, values-driven organisation.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Riverside Gardens, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting and mentoring care staff. You will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering person-centred, evidence-based nursing care

• Medication management and clinical documentation

• Conducting assessments and care planning

• Leading and supporting care staff on shift

• Liaising with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals

• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies

About You

You are a dedicated and professional RN who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of older people. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in providing safe, compassionate care.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged care (highly regarded but not essential)

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach

• Ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends as required)
