About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and approachable Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Lyndoch Living facility. In this pivotal front-line role, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Facility Manager and team

  • Answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries

  • Maintaining accurate records and resident documentation

  • Assisting with rostering, data entry, and compliance reporting

  • Supporting staff onboarding and HR administration

  • Ensuring office supplies and systems are maintained efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in aged care, health, or community services

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems

  • A positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with empathy

Requirements

  • Previous experience required
  • Minimum Certificate of Education or equivalent. 
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working Rights in Australia
  • Tech savvy, ability to learn new systems ie. CRM AlayaCare, 3CX
  • Friendly, warm and welcoming attitude
  • Strong customer service skills, empathetic phone manner to manage calls from our aging community
