The Position:
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our Mareeba Gardens team on a part-time basis. You will support the daily operations of the home, assist the General Manager, manage reception duties, maintain administrative documentation, and ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. This role is central to maintaining an organised, efficient and positive workplace.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
• Previous administrative or reception experience
• Strong communication and customer service ability
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and operate confidently in a busy environment
• A positive, professional, and team-focused work approach
• A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
