The Position:
We are seeking dedicated and caring Personal Care Assistants to join Edward Collick Home on a casual basis. You will work as part of a supportive clinical and care team, providing hands-on assistance, daily living support, personal care, and engagement that promotes wellbeing, comfort, and quality of life for all residents.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Genuine interest and compassion for caring for older adults
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Capacity to manage physical, varied and fast-paced workloads
• Reliability, empathy and a positive approach to care
• A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
