The Position:
We are seeking a professional and organised Administration Assistant to join Edward Collick Home on a casual basis. This role supports daily operational needs, assists the General Manager and leadership team, manages reception duties, coordinates documentation, and ensures communication flow across the home. Your work will contribute to a smooth, efficient, resident-focused environment.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
• Previous administration or reception experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office ability
• High organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive, professional and reliable approach
• A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
