About the Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of Masters Lodge and provide vital administrative support to our team. Your role will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while delivering friendly, professional service to residents, families, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager and team
Answer calls, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries
Maintain accurate records and resident documentation
Assist with rostering, data entry, and compliance reporting
Support staff onboarding and HR administration
Manage office supplies and maintain efficient systems
What We Are Looking For
Proven administration experience, ideally in aged care, health, or community services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
Warm, professional, and respectful approach with strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and empathy when working with residents and families
Requirements
Previous administration experience required
Minimum Certificate of Education or equivalent
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working rights in Australia
Tech savvy, with the ability to learn systems such as AlayaCare and 3CX
