As Care Manager, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving excellence in clinical care, operational efficiency, and team support. You’ll work closely with our nursing and care staff to ensure high standards, compliance, and a resident-first approach in everything we do.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee and lead the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care
Supervise and support nursing and care staff
Manage resources efficiently while aligning with budgetary guidelines
Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse)
Current AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential aged care
Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
Strong clinical skills and leadership capabilities
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
Previous experience in a nursing leadership or management role
Experience with accreditation and continuous improvement processes
