About the Role

As Care Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership and oversee the day-to-day care operations of the facility. Working in close partnership with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical care staff to achieve outstanding resident outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, aged care standards, and accreditation requirements.

• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and health professionals, ensuring care plans are personalised and effective.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practice and service delivery.

• Support ongoing staff education and training to maintain clinical competencies.

• Conduct audits and assessments to monitor resident wellbeing and drive quality improvements.

• Collaborate with the broader Respect network to share expertise and strengthen organisational outcomes.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Demonstrated leadership or management experience in aged care.

• In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and compliance.

• Strong clinical, organisational, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring staff.

• Proficiency with aged care software (e.g., AutumnCare, LeeCare, or similar).

• Ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining resident-focused care.
